Reporting an Issue

You can submit an issue via the form below. Please explain what happened, when, where, and what steps we should take to reproduce the issue on our side.

DxDiag

DxDiag is a Microsoft tool that allows you to view and save your system information. It collects data about devices to help troubleshoot problems.

  1. To create a DxDiag file, in Windows, select Start and enter “dxdiag” into the search box on the taskbar. Select “dxdiag” from the results.
  2. Select “Save All Information”. This will create a dxdiag.txt file you can attach.
  3. Attach it to your request

KSIVA

KSIVA code is an array of user-specific codes that contains encrypted details about your connectivity. It is located in the Pause menu at the bottom left corner. Screenshot it and attach it to your report.
