How to Recover Space Marine 2 Missing Rewards or DLC

If a reward never arrived, or something you had unlocked is gone, start with the checks below. They fix a share of cases on their own. If they don't, go to the guide that matches what is missing, or send us a report.

  1. Close the game completely and reopen it. Returning to the main menu is not enough. Quit to your dashboard or desktop, close the game from the taskbar or the console home screen, then launch it again. New balances and unlocks are written on login, so a reward that was granted while you were playing will not appear until the next one.

  2. Check you are on the account you earned it on. Rewards are tied to the platform account that completed the activity, while Twitch drops and codes are tied to the PROS account linked to that account. If you have more than one Steam, PSN, or Xbox account, sign in on the one you played on and check there before reporting anything missing.

  3. Check the mode you are looking at. PvE and PvP hold separate progression, so progress earned in one does not appear in the other. Go to Battle Barge, then Launch Bay, then the Mission Terminal, select PvE or PvP, press Launch Bay and confirm the mode change if you are asked to.

  4. Check the cap on your currency. Accolades stop at 1,000 and Requisition Points stop at 2,000. Anything earned above the limit is discarded, and a grant from us is cut the same way, so spend down before you report.

What we can restore

  • Class levels, in increments of five, for all classes at once

  • Prestige levels

  • Weapon progression

  • Requisition Points, Accolades, Armoury Data and Research Points

  • Common Veterancy level, but not class veterancy

  • Campaign progression

What we cannot restore

  • Custom loadouts

  • Class armour earned for completing Operations

  • Heraldry, though we will grant the currency so you can buy it again

What causes lost progress

  • Progress made in offline mode is not saved online, whether you were playing during maintenance or lost your connection.

  • Do not suspend the game with Quick Resume. Suspended sessions can leave saves unsynced, and progress made in them can be lost.

  • PC (Steam): if your progression is gone, switch Steam to offline mode and check whether it is still there. If it is, archive the saves folder at C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Saber\Space Marine 2\storage\steam\user\SteamID\Main\config and send it to us. We can upload those saves to the server so they load into your game.
