Issues with the DualSense microphone on PlayStation 5:
We have received some feedback about players having issues related to using the microphone on the DualSense controller. Please note that if the "Mute Game Voice Chat" function is active, the game cannot perceive the sounds coming from the DualSense microphone.
For troubleshooting, please make sure that:
- The toggle of the setting "Mute Game Voice Chat" is switched to "OFF."
- The DualSense mic is active.
- The correct mic perception level on the PS5 DualSense side.
- The in-game mic feature is turned on "ON."
