Troubleshooting PS5 Upgrade Issue

If you are experiencing issues with upgrading the PS4 version of the game to the free PS5 version, please try to restore your licenses:

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
2. Select “Restore” and wait for the operation to complete, then try accessing the content again.

3. Screenshots of the Aftermath upgrade purchased in the PS Store for PS4.
4. Screenshots of the PS5 upgrade not being free.
