How to Fix Space Marine 2 Twitch Drops Not Received
A Twitch drop that shows as claimed on Twitch but never appears in-game almost always means the wrong Twitch account is linked to your PROS account, or the drop was claimed on Twitch but never released to the game. Both checks below take a minute.

Check which Twitch account is linked to PROS. This is the most common cause. Sign in at prismray.io, open your account connections, and check the Twitch account shown there. If it is not the account you watched on, the drop went to the linked account and not to you. Unlink Twitch, link the account you actually watched on, then relaunch the game.
Claim the drop on Twitch, then restart the game. Watching does not deliver a drop on its own — it has to be claimed. Open your Twitch inventory, claim anything still pending, then close Space Marine 2 completely and reopen it. Returning to the main menu is not enough; the drop is delivered on login.
