How to change the Email address for my PROS account?

To change your PROS (Prism Ray Online Services) Email address and transfer your rewards, please follow these steps exactly in the order listed.

Important: Do not unlink any accounts until you have completed Step 1.

1. Preliminary Notification.

   Before taking any action, contact our support team. Provide both your current (old) account email and the new email address you intend to use. Wait for our acknowledgment before proceeding.

2. Create Your New Account.

   Register a new PROS account using your preferred email address.

3. Relink Your Games.

   Log into your old PROS account and unlink all connected games. Log into your new PROS account and link those same games to it.

4. Confirm Readiness.

   Once you have successfully linked your games to the new account, contact us again to let us know you are ready for the transfer.

5. Reward Transfer.

   Our team will manually migrate your earned rewards from the old account to the new one.

6. Account Deletion.

   After we confirm that the rewards have been successfully transferred, you may flag your old account for deletion.
