Lost Progress / Save File Issues
General
- PvE and PvP have different progression. If you've lost progression in one mode, go to Battle Barge > Launch Bay > Mission Terminal > Select PvE or PvP > press on "Launch Bay", and confirm mode change if needed.
- Progress made in offline mode will not be saved online, whether during maintenance or when the connection is lost.
- Please do not suspend the game using the Quick Resume feature. Instead, close the game. Otherwise, saves may not sync, and you risk losing progress.
- If you don't see Continue button in the start menu of the game, press New Game, proceed to Operations and check if the progress is there.
- PC (Steam): If you've lost your progression on Steam, try switching to offline mode and check if it's still there. If so, archive the saves folder at C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Saber\Space Marine 2\storage\steam\user\SteamID\Main\config and send it to us. We'll upload these saves to the server so they can be loaded into your game.
What can we restore
- Class levels / Prestige levels (we restore in increments of 10 for all classes simultaneously)
- Weapon Progression
- Requisition points, Acollades, Armoury Data, Research Point
- Ordeals (in big increments)
- Common Veterancy level (not for the class)
What can't we restore
- Custom Loadouts
- All Classes' Armor for completing Operations
- Heraldy (we will provide the currency for it so you can buy it again)
- Campaign progression
