Troubleshooting PS5 Microphone Issues

If you are experiencing issues with the Microphone on your console, please do the following:

1. Ensure you have Voice Chat enabled in in-game audio settings.

2. Make sure you are using the correct in-game push-to-talk button.

3. Ensure that your microphone input is correctly selected in the PS5's Settings > Sound > Microphone menu.

4. Make sure to prioritize game chat:

• Press the PS button to go to the control centre and select Game Base.

• You can switch between party chat and game chat by selecting the drop-down menu on the voice chat card in the control centre.
