Insurgency: Sandstorm Crashes

Crashes on PC

If you are playingĀ Insurgency: SandstormĀ on PC and are experiencing crashes, please include your UE4 crash logs with your filed support ticket. You can find this information by following these steps:

  • PressĀ Windows + EĀ to openĀ File Explorer.
  • Copy and pasteĀ %localappdata%\Insurgency\SavedĀ into the address bar at the top.
  • HitĀ Enter.
  • Right-click on theĀ CrashesĀ folder, hover overĀ Send ToĀ and then clickĀ CompressedĀ (zipped) folder.
  • Include that folder with your support ticket.

Crashes on PlayStation

If you are experiencing crashes on PlayStation platforms, use theĀ Report a ProblemĀ button to send your crash logs directly to our team.

Crashes on Xbox

If you are experiencing crashes on Xbox platforms, please download theĀ Report a ProblemĀ app from the Microsoft Store. Install the app and turn on theĀ Reproduce with TracingĀ option. This will allow your system to send crash reports to our team in order for us to investigate the issue further.
