I) COMMUNICATION

Whether you’re a developer, a content creator, or a gamer; at the end of the day, we’re all a part of the same community. Please remember to be respectful and constructive with your communication within the community. Don't get into flamewars, spread false information, make personal threats, rant unconstructively, etc. Additionally, Saber Interactive has absolutely zero tolerance for racial and discriminatory harassment. Engaging in any of the above will result in a suspension of your account.

Please do your part within the community to maintain a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for everyone.

II) CHEATING

The use of any unauthorized third-party programs, including but not limited to; hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, automation programs, etc, will result in a permanent ban issued by Easy Anti-Cheat. Saber Interactive also reserves the right to manually ban players 

Saber Interactive has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, and all account bans are taken extremely seriously. Information regarding EAC bans can be found here.

III) EXPLOITING

Just because something exists in the game, does not always mean it’s intended. Common exploits include; traversing outside the map boundaries, maneuvering to places that should not be accessible (e.g. certain rooftops, ledges, rocks or trees), glitching inside map geometry, knowingly abusing a game bug, etc. Engaging in any of the above will result in a suspension of your account.

Should you ever encounter something that may be considered an exploit, we urge you to avoid utilizing it and submit a ticket here so we can investigate.

IV) APPEALING A BAN

We’re only human, and mistakes can happen. If you received a ban/suspension which you believe was done in error, or if you would like additional information regarding your ban, please submit a ban appeal here.
