Sometimes, network configurations or settings on your router or modem can cause connectivity issues, especially for online gaming. By trying a different internet source, such as connecting to a different network or using a mobile hotspot, you can determine if the issue lies with your current setup. This can help identify whether the problem is with your home network or with the ISP's network.
- Try to unplug the power cord from your router, wait 1 minute, and then plug it back in
- If your device is connected via Wi-Fi, unplug your LAN cable from the router and plug it directly into your PC or console
- Check if the issue persists with another Internet source
