How to Report a Player?

• Press the Triangle on PlayStation or the Y on Xbox or a keyboard to open Edit Mode.
• Go to Recent Players
• Select a player and press the X on PlayStation or an A on Xbox to Report Player
• Select & confirm one of the four reasons to report: Offensive Language, Cheating, Exploiting, and Inappropriate Behaviour.
• Send us proof of the violation (preferably video) along with the timestamp when the incident occurred so we can investigate it and take action.

Account Penalty Types

Players violating our Code of Conduct or Terms of Service may be suspended or permanently banned from the game depending on the severity of their infractions.

• Cheating: The first suspension spans 72 hours, and the second subsequent will result in a permanent ban of the account.
• Offensive Language, Exploiting, or Inappropriate Behavior will result subsequently in a 24h > 48h > 72h > 168h > permanent ban.
