If you are playing Insurgency: Sandstorm on PC and are experiencing crashes, please include your UE4 crash logs with your filed support ticket. You can find this information by following these steps:

• Press Windows + E to open File Explorer.
• Copy and paste %localappdata%\Insurgency\Saved into the address bar at the top.
• Hit Enter.
• Right-click on the Crashes folder, hover over Send To and then click Compressed (zipped) folder.
• Include that folder with your support ticket.

If you are experiencing crashes on PlayStation platforms, use the Report a Problem button to send your crash logs directly to our team.

If you are experiencing crashes on Xbox platforms, please download the Report a Problem app from the Microsoft Store. Install the app and turn on the Reproduce with Tracing option. This will allow your system to send crash reports to our team in order for us to investigate the issue further.
